Meet the owners

The Rock Island Country Market is owned by TESBO Conception Group LLC, a group of five friends and associates involved in other Quad-City business and development projects.

Dave Tennant is president of Mid America of the QCA. Tim Baldwin is chief operating officer of eServ LLC. Pat Sherman is vice president of sales at eServ, LLC. Ben Eastep is project manager for various projects the group has underway. Jewel Brown has 50 years experience in the grocery business.

Mr. Baldwin, Mr. Sherman and Mr. Eastep are partners in the Aeries condominium development on Ben Butterworth Parkway. Mr. Baldwin, Mr. Sherman, Mr. Eastep, and Mr. Tennant are four of the seven partners in Target Aviation, Moline.

Mr. Baldwin and Mr. Eastep are two of four partners in Cornerstone Construction, Davenport. Mr. Baldwin and Mr. Sherman are involved in local commercial and residential rental properties.
